Who can order wholesale from MUSASHI JAPAN?

Wholesale sales are B2B only. Buyers must be acting in the course of trade or business. Consumer laws do not apply.

How do I place an order?

Orders are submitted through our Shopify B2B system. Our team will review and contact you within 3 business days.

When is my order confirmed?

Orders are legally accepted once payment is received and cleared or a final commercial invoice is issued.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. The minimum order quantity is 5 units per order.

Are prices fixed?

No. All wholesale prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

Are quotes or pro forma invoices binding?

No. Quotes and pro forma invoices are non-binding and valid for 7 days, unless stated otherwise.

Are wholesale orders returnable?

No. All wholesale orders are final sale, unless approved in writing in advance.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

All goods must be inspected on delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days, with photos and supporting documentation.

Who is responsible for shipping damage?

Transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Buyers must cooperate with the carrier’s claims process.

What payment terms apply?

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, full payment is required before shipment. Late payments may incur interest and order suspension.

Are taxes, duties, and shipping included?

No. Prices exclude taxes, customs duties, shipping, insurance, and bank fees.

Which law governs wholesale transactions?

All wholesale transactions are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in Japanese courts.

Can I use MUSASHI JAPAN logos and product images?

Yes, only in accordance with our Brand & Media Asset Usage Policy. Paid advertising and certain social media uses require prior written approval.
