환불 정책

This Wholesale Returns & Claims Policy (“Policy”) applies to all wholesale and business-to-business (“B2B”) transactions conducted through wholesale.musashihamono.com and related sales channels operated by TAIMATSU株式会社 (“Seller”, “we”, “our”).


This Policy forms an integral part of the Wholesale Terms & Conditions. By placing a wholesale order, the buyer (“Buyer”, “you”) agrees to this Policy.



1. Final Sale Policy


All wholesale sales are final.


Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by the Seller prior to return.



2. Inspection Upon Receipt


The Buyer is responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon receipt.


The Buyer must verify:
 • Product quantity
 • Product specifications
 • Visible damage
 • Packaging condition


Failure to inspect and notify the Seller within the specified claim period constitutes acceptance of the goods.



3. Claims Eligibility


Claims may be submitted only for the following reasons:
 • Shipping damage
 • Manufacturing defects
 • Incorrect items shipped


Claims based on normal wear, minor cosmetic variations, or characteristics inherent to handcrafted products are not eligible.



4. Claim Submission Period


All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.


Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.



5. Required Documentation


All claims must include:
 • Order number
 • Description of the issue
 • Clear photographic evidence
 • Shipping and delivery records (if applicable)


Incomplete or insufficient documentation may result in claim rejection.



6. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer


All products are handcrafted. Variations in:
 • Color
 • Texture
 • Finish
 • Dimensions


are inherent characteristics of the products and do not constitute defects.


Such variations are not eligible for claims, returns, or compensation.



7. Claim Review & Resolution


Upon review and approval of a claim, the Seller may, at its sole discretion:
 • Replace the affected goods, or
 • Issue a credit note


Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued unless expressly agreed in writing.



8. Unauthorized Returns


Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused.


Unauthorized returns may be:
 • Returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense, or
 • Disposed of at the Seller’s discretion



9. Shipping Costs for Approved Claims


If a claim is approved:
 • Return shipping instructions will be provided by the Seller
 • Shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed only if explicitly approved in writing


The Buyer may not deduct or withhold any amounts without written authorization.



10. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the net invoice value of the affected goods.


The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business.



11. Policy Updates


The Seller reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of delivery shall apply.
